Simple rules for learning with Mr 6Points.
These terms apply to the Mr 6Points website, parent and learner accounts, online subjects, mock exams, revision PDFs, consultations and related services.
Parents control family purchases; learners receive personal access to assigned resources; all content remains protected and may not be shared or resold.
Accounts and family roles
A parent or guardian may create a family account, add or invite learners, purchase access and supervise learning. Learners may sign in through their own linked credentials. Account information must be accurate and kept secure.
A child must use Mr 6Points with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for purchases, learner assignments and appropriate supervision. Users must not impersonate another person, share passwords publicly or attempt to access another account.
Subject subscriptions
A subject subscription provides access to the stated course features for the period and price shown before payment. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, access is personal to the assigned learner and cannot be transferred.
If recurring billing is enabled, the renewal schedule and amount will be shown at checkout or in billing. A parent may cancel renewal from the billing area or through support. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Expired access may restrict lessons, quizzes and progress features, while records may remain in the account.
PDFs and digital resources
A completed PDF purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for the buyer’s household or assigned learner, as stated on the product page. Ownership and copyright do not transfer.
You may download and use the resource for personal learning. You may not resell, upload publicly, distribute, remove ownership notices, reproduce commercially or share files outside the permitted household or learner.
Payments, prices and duplicate access
Prices and billing periods are shown before checkout. Payments must be authorised by the payer. Learner accounts should not use a parent’s payment method without permission. The platform may block a duplicate active-subject purchase and may require parent authentication for billing changes.
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and access is provided. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before fulfilment and will offer an appropriate remedy if payment was already taken.
Learning content and acceptable use
Mr 6Points supports study and exam preparation but does not guarantee a particular examination result. Learners remain responsible for their work, school requirements and exam registration.
You must not disrupt the service, probe its security, automate downloads, copy assessments for unauthorised distribution, submit unlawful material, harass others or use the platform for cheating. We may restrict access while investigating misuse and may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches.
Availability, changes and responsibility
We aim to keep the platform accurate and available, but may update lessons, correct errors, change features, perform maintenance or respond to security incidents. Where a material paid feature becomes unavailable, we will use reasonable efforts to restore it or provide an appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Mr 6Points is not responsible for indirect loss caused by matters outside our reasonable control.
Cancellations, termination and disputes
Subscription cancellations and refund requests follow the Refund Policy. Account deletion is separate from cancelling a subscription: before deleting an account, cancel any active renewals. Deletion may remove access to courses, progress and downloadable resources.
These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. Consumers retain any applicable rights under Zambian law.
